With the shortage of STEM skills well documented, science based employers have an opportunity to work together to inspire young people and build a pipeline of future industry talent. In this practical workshop, we’ll look at the steps you can take to build and develop your own best in class outreach programme. Attend this this practical workshop session to understand how a truly effective careers outreach programme can bring lasting benefits to your business. Ideally suited to HR, L&D, CSR, professionals, STEM leads, or anyone interested in the concept of engaging with younger people to promote science skills, this webinar will focus on why (and how) industry can take the lead.
