Ambassador Programme
The SIP Ambassador programme is a member benefit of the Science Industry Partnership. SIP Ambassadors are a network of industry professionals (including apprentices) who have been trained to engage, inspire and enthuse young people into careers within the science-based industries. All SIP Ambassadors receive face-to-face comprehensive training delivered by the SIP Careers Manager who has a background in industry and education.

Apprenticeship Standards Benchmarking
Apprenticeship Standards Benchmarking is a member benefit open to all Science Industry Partnership (SIP) members. Apprenticeship standards have been designed to develop employees at a variety of levels, and include entry-level programmes for new recruits as well as higher and degree-level apprenticeships for more experienced staff. Competence Management System Review
The Competence Management System Review is a member benefit of the Science Industry Partnership. It is the starting point for the identification and quantification of the strength of your competence management system. Using a targeted assessment process, our consultants work with your Senior Management Team to benchmark your current Competence Management System, policies and procedures to identify any gaps or areas for improvement.

SIP Local
SIP Local are regional Skills Groups for employers in the science based-sector.  It is part of the wider Science Industry Partnership which is a powerful alliance that is leading on the skills needed to generate innovation and growth in the sector. Members are driving a local approach to addressing skills challenges, growing the skills pipeline and developing specialist training provision. Membership also means access to the Science Industry Apprenticeship Consortium which sources quality, off-the-job apprenticeship training based on the common needs of member.

Workforce & Skills Insights
